About The Flower House
Based in the beautiful grade II listed building, The Pillars, Park Green, Macclesfield, we have created a unique flower and gift boutique offering customers something a little bit different.
Our wonderful team of florists use their expertise to create floral designs for all occasions; ranging from hand-tied birthday bouquets to bespoke gifts made with seasonal blooms sourced from the very best suppliers.
We have developed our own distinctive flower style incorporating lots of different textures and complimenting colour schemes; you can leave the choice entirely up to us or you can choose the flowers yourself! We can make your bouquet up while you have a browse around the boutique or enjoy a cup of coffee and cake in The Thistle Coffee House under the same roof!
We host a number of seasonal workshops and events throughout the year and love to collaborate with other local suppliers to offer a truly unique experience. We also stock a fabulous selection of indoor and outdoor plants, homeware, accessories and gifts plus fine wines and our very own brand of Flower House Gin!

BEV
Director
Hello, I am Bev (also affectionately known as 'The Hovering Art Director'). I am joint director of The Flower House with Meg. My love of flowers started when I was just 17 in a local flower shop.
After a few years, I went on a slightly different career path in marketing whilst still doing wedding flowers at weekends. My daughter Bella arrived in 2013 and I decided to come back to what I loved doing most. We are now very lucky to have two flower shops, our own Flower House Gin and a wonderful team supporting us. I am a massive coffee lover and have a collection of very funky and impractical footwear!
MEGAN
Director
I am Meg the other half of the flower house. Myself and Bev have always loved flowers and coffee and we have brought together our two favourite things to make our dream come true.
I left school at 16 to do an apprenticeship in floristry and met Bev at the shop we both worked at together. I am the queen of green, and love all things earthy. Ferns are my absolute favourite, so much so I turned the church on my wedding day into a woodland!
TRACEY
Hi, I am Tracey your florist and I have been with The Flower House since 2019. Trained by Bev & Meg, I have always loved flowers and I take pride in creating beautiful floral displays. I love seeing how our flowers bring happiness and brighten peoples day.
I have two grown up children, I love cooking, eating out, walking, cycling to Bollington and adventures in our camper van!
GEMMA
Florist
I started at The Flower House in 2018 alongside attending Reaseheath College where I gained a Level 3 & Level 4 Higher Diploma. In my spare time, I help my parents run the family farm. I am an active member of my local Young Farmers Club and attend many events.
I have a very strong work ethic and I am one of the most practical members of the FH team. I always have a solution to a problem and produce a handy item from my own toolbox when needed! I also love practical boots!

Hello I’m Millie. Part time florist and an artist. I’m very lucky to have a little gallery space at The Flower House to display my digital art work.
Im a crazy cat mama, lover for all things colourful (when you ask for those colourful bouquets, my heart sings) and I’m never far from a coffee!
JUSTINE

Hello, I am Justine. I came into floristry slightly later in life. After my children were grown up, I decided to follow my passion and qualified at Reaseheath College whilst gaining invaluable hands on training from all the girls at The Flower House.
I have a crazy puppy called 'Peanut', two daughters who I love spending time with and my other passion is travelling the world!

Part-time Florist
Hi, I'm Anna and I've been a part-time florist for Meg and Bev since I was 16. I absolutely love houseplants, my favourites have to be sedum burrito and monstera, but recently I have started growing carnivorous plants!
I'm always around during the busy times of the year to help create lots of lovely bouquets and arrangements.
BELLA
Junior Florist
I am Bella, the youngest member of the Flower House. I love art, maths and flower arranging. I love to help in the shop with lots of different jobs.
I am very good at answering the phone and help to keep the shop tidy (mostly sweeping up after the messy florists!) I love to draw and some of my art is on the gallery wall in the shop. I have two cats, Boo and Saffy who are very entertaining!
